Night Glow - balloons undergoing pressures of rapid inflation

The joy of pure glowing super-heated air, pulsed to the raucus sounds provided by a local radio DJ’s music selection and voluminous sound system which filled the night air all around.

Walla Walla Balloon Stampede

Only a few balloons braved the brisk temperatures and the breeze but it was full sun and lots of excited and happy faces poised for this year’s lnitial lift off.

Day breaks, sky filling…dozens of whimsical and colorful orb designs, suspend pilots, crews, crowds – kids of all ages, flow through airport grounds, transporting imaginations with pure sunlit joy and super-heated air.

Balloons and stadium filled to capacity, surrounding neighborhoods packed with awaiting lines of traffic, the air vibrates with the pulsations of burners firing in unison to the local radio DJ’s music.
