This view overlooks El Parque Colon (Columbus Park), The First Cathedral of the Americas and many other important historic monuments of Columbus’ time – turn of 14th Century.
This photograph was taken January 19, 2007 from tower atop the mayor of Santo Domingo’s office, graciously assisted by an extraordinarily helpful Dominican Metro Police Guard – Vladimir.
